With more than 22 years experience as a business consultant with ICL and Oracle, Steve has experienced a wide variety of client requests, from small investigations to large, complex, multi team projects. He has extensive experience in helping private and public sector clients develop their business strategies and policies and in managing assignments that have achieved major efficiencies, performance improvements, and cost reductions. He also developed Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) methods, and trained clients to manage their own BPR assignments.

Steve has led on assignments where process mapping and analysis is a key ingredient to identify changes that impact not only the processes, but also the organisation structure, resources, the culture and technology, to achieve the client's strategic objectives and cost improvement targets. Other assignments have included support for Charter Mark, quality audits, people/management performance reviews, and organisation relocations. With strong project and client management skills, Steve has an excellent track record of success in leading clients through difficult transition phases within tight time and budget constraints.
